Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been trying different print to paper size 24 x 36. Using ARCH D, Custom 24 x 36, ISO A1 also ANCI D but none of them work and still getting 8 x 11 on a 24 x 36 roll. I have to use the 'CTRL-Shift-P) to get the proper dialog box to switch the printer to paper source 'Roll'. It finds the ROLL just fine but the print size is incorrect. 

 

I am on a Windows 10 - I can print just fine from a Windows 7 computer, but we need to upgrade.
