Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have 12th generation computer, Windows 10 Pro, Onyx Postershop 21.1 and HP Latex 700W in private network. The problem is: When I download printer driver with Printer&Profile DL Manager I get invalid zip error all the times. Earlier on other computer whith the same soft&hardware I downloaded driver but after installation PosterShop can't connect to printer. All ports are open. The same is with 21.1.1 version of PosterShop.
As to 22.5 all is ok. Driver have downloading and printer is connected.
I have 10th generation computer & all is ok
Can anyone help?
