Hi there everybody.
I recently put a new hard drive in my Designjet 5500. The Hard drive came with the firmware already installed. The Printer appears to be working ok apart from when I send a printjob to it. It will go through all the motions of printing but doesnt actually drop any ink through. The printer does print though when I calibrate the heads.

No it doesnt print at all, it recieves the information from the PC and prepares the printheads then it rolls the paper through to the size of the requested print then finalises the print. All this but doesnt actually print any ink???

Will it print any of the configuration pages or other service prints that you access from the control panel? Trying to narrow down between hardware failure and a software glitch.
