HP Designjet T1300
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

1.

Hello! The HP Designjet T1300 plotter stopped loading, I found out that there was a problem with the hard drive because the hard drive was tapping and the LED indicators indicate a problem with the hard drive. I want the driver to order a new hard drive and formatter. The formattera model looked at the native, and the hard drive was sent by another, but it's new. All new installed, downloaded the firmware from HP site and inserted the flash drive into the formatter, and the firmware is not downloaded. Can you please tell me how to properly install the firmware on the hard drive? Should I put OS on a hard drive. What to do?

I contacted HP support via phone and my question was solved! There is only one option is to order a hard disk with ready-made software on it. I ordered a hard disk for HP authorized dealers. You can buy on Ebay. You need to know the part number of the parts. All good luck write on the forums, read the service manual, call HP support and everything will turn out!
