Product: HP LATEX 700W
Hello there.
I own a LATEX 700W large format printer.
My staff was loading a substrate and in the process, the print head carriage knocked the substrate and the machine brought an error that my staff didn't record but just restarted the printer as it prompted her to do so. on power on again, the machine is stack with a SYSTEM ERROR: 81BD-E0EA-0000 error code.
I have tried a firmware update, but it didn't solve the problem. I also tried powering the printer on without any of the print heads and maintenance cartridge but it all failed!
The printer powers on and it initialises unto 66%, that's where it hangs and stops.
Please help me 🙏
