I purchased a T2530 a few years ago and need to get in to the service settings on my machine. Is there any way to get in to it without paying a technician to drive 100 miles one direction to me located in no-man's land?
I do fully understand that if I brick my machine it is 100% my fault. There's no warranty. There's no service contract. I just want to be able to repair my own equipment. I service my Ricoh digital presses, Xante, all my small printers and copy machines. This is the only one on full lockdown that requires me to pay for a service technician.
Is this possible?

That partly worked. I was able to get into the service menu, but the level 2 code only works for certain areas. As a test, I clicked on the "Secure Erase Files" section and tried both the level 1 and level 2 codes and it failed entry.
I apologize if this information is out there already... my google-fu seems to be failing me on this topic.
I booted up in the diagnostic area and selected "Unlock Front Panel" thinking maybe that would reset to factory. It didn't change anything that I noticed.

It is entirely possible that the previous owner put their own codes in. If the default codes do not work, that is a good possibility.
