Designjet 500

Hey, I've a designjet 500. For some reason it's coming up system error 22:10. If I remove the CYAN cartridge it turns on then comes up replace cartridge. I insert a new cartridge but it doesn't pick it up. 

 

If I keep the cartridge in and turn it on it doesn't even load up I just get the error code.

 

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Check the expiration date on cartridges if expired that might be the cause of the issue, also make sure you are running the latest firmware on Designjet 500.
