T1100PS does not cut between pages on multiple page print job

A customer says when printing a 3 page print job that the T1100PS does not cut between pages. It only cuts at the end of the 3rd page. I told him to check that the cutter is "on" but I assume it is as it cut after the 3rd page.

Otherwise, I have no idea.

I will check that customer has "nesting" turned "off" as well.  And that; say for example; plain, bright white inkjet, etc. paper is selected and not a media that automatically turns the cutter off.
