Hello, we have the HP Designjet T120 plotter and ran into the issue of an ink cartridge leak. We replaced the printhead with the full kit but now we're running into the issue when the paper realigns it's stuck at 0% and not progressing further than that.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

When you installed the print head did it go through the new printhead sequence?

Yes, the second time we went through it in order then it worked properly. Have now done the 3 stage printhead clean and it's working great again.
