Hi Kelly

The cleaning solution I used was from ebay, not the most expensive one, unfortunately it didn't work for me, just made the yellow a bit brighter so must have done something, but nothing for the black, that was cleaning with the syringes and tubes provided with the cleaning solution, wiping the bottom and placing the bottom of the empty Printhead in some cleaning solution, obviously not touching the electrical parts or anywhere that will damage the Printhead, but the cleaner might come with instructions on what to do, also I searched for tips on YouTube even though it is not the specific model, same principles apply here, although i did not use filtered water

Obviously I don't know what one Patrick used, but hope it works for you, as a new Printhead is expensive 😞

thanks.  I ordered a new printhead anyway.  $154 shipped on Amazon, not as bad as I thought it was going to be when I read this post.  Considering it comes with new ink, its not that bad.  I know the black we just ordered was just over $60.
