My plotter thinks that my genuine HP inks (already checked it's authenticity) are fake.

Possibly a regionalization mismatch.

I see, my provider no longer exists so i purchased a kit from another local store who supplies HP products. Only the Black ink is recognized. 

 

Is there an easy fix for that or should i contact a technician?
