HP DESIGNJET T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning

Our T120 plotter is displaying a blue screen with a code: B868E572. It was working perfectly the day before, we turned it off and the next day when attempting to turn it on this message appeared in the display.

This is caused by either a failed USB firmware stick (common) or a failed formatter (not so common)

Always best to replace the firmware first as it is the least expensive part. CQ890-67105

Thank you, I will try to get an usb firmware stick from the HP Store from my country, or in worst case I will have to create it myself.
