Product: HP DesignJet T120 24-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Had an error about K cartridge not being recognised, so tried a new cartridge - that wouldn't work either - looked at packaging for cartridge and says a firmware updated needed - so have upgraded to AXP2CN2331AR which i think is latest. The 2 black cartridges still wont work so I've gone and bought a new printhead with 4 new intro-cartridges as it seemed to have fixed another users similar issue on here. Issue i have now is printer is wanting me to install cartridges and i can't find a way of getting to menu to tell it i want to replace printhead. Please can someone point me in the right direction?
