HP Recommended

I just replaced my printhead and cartridges.  I went to do an alignment and it kept giving me the "Media Load Fail" error saying it would not detect any paper whether it was single sheet or roll paper.  I check the OOP sensor and everything looks fine.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you

HP Recommended

It could be you have ink on the paper detect LED on the carriage caused by ink in the service station. Clean the service station and the LED on the carriage.
