HP DesignJet T1600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to access the Partner Menu, Service Menu or Embedded Website. It is asking for user name and password. I do not believe it was changed but the default password does not work either. Firmware was just upgraded on 1/26/2021.

Hello @CivilRick

I know that this model of printer has a pin to access the partner menu and service menu as well however there is no default password in the embedded web server.

Go to Settings and then to the Service menu. then select Service in the Username (admin by default) and enter the access code 2703 and press the access Service Utilities and scroll down to Printer Settings and select Reset Access Control which will remove any passwords from the Embedded Web server and then you can set a new one.

Regards.
