Product: T1700

When I try to load a roll of paper it's supposed to play a beep and catch the paper and start feeding it through. This isn't working - it's a 2 roll printer and both rolls have the same problem. The sheet feeder has the same problem too.

 

Is there a sensor that could be blocked/need cleaning? I can't find a diagram for this printer to figure out where it would be.

Does the printer beep at all as you install the paper? If not then it is possible that the OOPS sensor is not operating. It is located in the paper path near the right hand side.
