Hi,
Yes, the plotter supports up to 74.1 inches length.
You would need to create the paper size in the driver by selecting Create within the Paper Size list and specific your required paper size:
I would also suggest trying to print your job within HP Click, to deny any possible conflict of your document by its editing software and see if that may work:
