HP DesignJet T230 24-in Printer

Hello, I have a T230 Plotter.  Ever since I had a paper jam my plotter won't load a paper roll or sheet.  I've been through all the trouble shooting and nothing is working.  It says that it is not detecting any paper:  "The printer cannot detect or load the media "

Is it a sensor problem?  I can't see any info online about changing sensors for this model.  It is outside of warranty.  Thanks in advance.

There should be a sensor in the paper path on the right hand side. Known as the OOPS (out of paper sensor). Accessed by removing the sheet feeder from the back. Maybe stuck down or broken off.
