t2300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i had to update my o/s that ran this plotter fine on older hp software and windows 7. Updated to 10 and the software they now use works but half "you know what" because it looks like one of these good for 20 different plotter models type software. Sometime's it will print correctly, sometimes i get a plot that doesn't match the preview and it is laid out all wrong, sometime my plots just sit in the Que and will either not plot out or will cause an error message and are very difficult to purge out of the que.

Overall i am ready to take a sledge hammer to it and tell my boss something fell on it so i can finally be rid of this pile. Has anyone else had issues using these machines on windows 10. The new hp software doesn't seem to want to even communicate with the plotter, the app shows the t2300 but everything just states "printer not recognized". I'm taking it that since this plotter is what about 8 years old now that HP has said cya to supporting it like they did my 1050c?

My 1050c wont work with windows 10 either which is another issue, i guess hp just doesn't even want to bother making a usable driver for it, shame because that plotter is ten times the machine this pile of crap t2300 has been!

Lol so i guess it's basally ask the boss to a buy a plotter that will work properly with windows 10?

Everyday i can send one plot fine then anything after that error messages. I can understand the issues with my 1050c with it bordering over 2 decades old, but the t2300 is only 6 or 7 years old now and seems that the software that runs it includes multiple series of plotters which it doesn't surprise me that it works so poorly.
