I have had 2 support chat sessions with HP to get my T2300 Postscript printer working. I have changed the Formatter/HDD (and installed the latest update for it), the touch screen panel and the interconnect PCA . I am still getting the same 2 error codes and still get the light sequence on the formatter of 1. blinking, 2. on, 3.on and get error codes either 08:11 or 59.3:00.
I have read some of the post on here with similar issues but never really read where there was an end to the issue. HP support was no help. This machine cost to much money to have it just sitting here. There is no one in my area that work on printers any more. Any insight/help would be appreciated

Do you have a service manual for the printer?
You might want to very carefully inspect the cable leading to the display panel for knicks or kinks.
What general area of the country are you located?

Looking in the service manual I can't find anything that aligns with you description of the lights that are flashing and the others that are on solid.
Here's a copy of the service manual you can download. Check out pages 73-76.

The only place it shows LED i flashing is if the display is blank. Unless I'm missing it.
Let us know what you find.
Also, read up on changing the formatter and hard drive together. There are some conditions if you have a revision B model.

I've found these guys to be very helpful in trouble shooting also. Good info on their website.
