Just an update, I have found NO solution so far. HP support is no help at all.

Again, I had a chat support with HP with NO help. all they would tell me was all those parts I changed are NOT for end user to change, you have to be an authorized tech to do it so they are probably put in wrong. It is a freaking plug in board moron.

 

 

HP has lost my business. No support, No help, Can not tell what is wrong, spend thousands on a printer and you get no helpful support. Thanks for nothing HP
