T2500
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello forum!

We purchased T2500 last year and didn't have any issue pritning Arch E (36" x 48") of PDF document. I haven't printed much this summer. Last week, when I tried to print Arch E, it cutts off and the image is distored.  We have 36" inch roll and didn't have problem printing them. I tried priting in Arch D size (24" x 36"). It prints right. I resinstalled the driver. It didn't work. Please see the image preview and share your ideas! Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

If you are printing from Adobe, go to File > Print > Advance > Check print as image.

Print that document again.

Best regards

Hi Mike,

I appreciate your help. The image option worked! All layers are aligned. Howewer, the printer still cuts off the image. Any suggestion please?

Hi,

Is the printer rotating the image 90 degrees?

Or is the printer detecting the roll shorter?

Best regards

Hi Mike,

The printer detects the roll shorter. I set up to print 36 x 48. The printer displays 36 x 36. I have tried both portrait and landscape.  Thank you again Mike!

Hi,

Looks like the printer is rotating the image.

Check the orientation settings on the application.

Also try to rotate the image 90 degrees at the aplication

Best regards

Hi Mike,

The orientation setting on the application didn't work. Rotating the image 90 degrees worked! Thank you so much for your help!
