Went on a call a couple of weeks ago because the printer would not see any thumb drive plugged into it.
I decided to update it's firmware. After the update the machine would see any thumb drive plugged into it.
Today I got an email informing me the problem is back and the machine will not see any thumb drive plugged into it.
I've asked them to do a hard power reset, and I've not heard back yet. My concern is that there is another issue causing this and I'm not sure where to look. Any ideas?

I have found that many HP products are very particular about which drives they will work with and that often they get corrupted because there is not an eject function. Inserting in a Windows PC usually shows that drive is corrupt and fixing it on a PC resolves the problem. I find that Sandisk and Kingston drives are the most reliable.
