HP Recommended

I have been ignoring this issue, but recently seems to prevent some of the embedded web page items from loading.  The HP DesignJet Utility  (6.4.5.4879) initiates the upload to the printer,  the printer indicates "downloading",  then displays cancelling job.

Printer product number is CQ893A

I am trying to use firmware file AXP2CN2331AR.ful to replace AXP2CN1623AR.

Should i use an older version as an intermediate step?
