Product: Designjet T530 36-inch
I've been trying to print a custom sized print (36" by 65"). I've setup a custom size in AutoCAD to generate a pdf with the correct dimensions so that I can print the file 1:1. The issue is that whenever I try to print the whole pdf/drawing the printer starts after a long time (+-30min). It then proceeds to print the first few inches, stops, then rolls off the entire 65 inches and cuts the paper as if the print is completed. The screen continues to show that it's printing without issue but the paper is already cut. No errors/warnings visible on the outside and I'm not sure where I could find a log to troubleshoot.
