Product: Designjet T530 24in

Hi

Our company has recently upgraded to a new HP Printer. The Designjet T530 24in Plotter. I am currently trying to print a landscape spreadsheet on A3 using the multi tray at the back.

The printer will not let me print landscape and just keeps telling me the size is incorrect as it wants to print it as portrait. 

 

Is there an easy fix for this issue?

Hi,

by looking at your issue it seems it is an issue with driver. can you please check Is printer T530 driver is installed properly or you using t520 driver on this printer?
