Product: T650

The customer complains, that when he has to replace the paper-roll it takes up to 1 hour for the printer to become ready.

Printer moves paper back and forth and so on. Printer is only several month old, so I don't believe it's  a sensor which is dirty with ink. What can I do. Thank you.

That does sound like a very long time. Are you using an odd media? Is the firmware up to date?
