Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi community!

We have a Designjet T7100 and I want to update the driver on the workstations. I did a test on one workstation and found a problem.

We are using the PCL driver version 61.2106.3.100. When I print from AutoCAD and go to the web interface of the designjet, I don't have a preview of the print job. The old HPGL Driver have a preview.

Is this a settings problem, or something else?

Thanks for your help!

Andre

Hi @NKPDE

To get the preview  you have to install the complete installer.

Thanks for your replay!

After some calls I got the information that the V4 driver have this problem. I don't know if this is right but it seems that more people have this problem.

I installed the complete driver again, but no change.
