Hello,

I can't  save a DNS Host name in the printer. I can enter the host name in the webinterface, but when I click enter, the

printer doesn't save it. I'd like to run the printer via DHCP and a Hostname. For the meantime I can work with a static IP. But I want to use DHCP.

Does anyone know this. What can I do.

Thank you.

Typically when we see this behaviour on HP printers we find that a factory reset is required to get the embedded web server working properly again. Pain in the butt but unless there is a real problem this will solve it.
