Designjet T730
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When starting I get a blue screen with 0112E9aa. Then a white screen that says:

Assert: 0x0112e9aa

code image: sox

file: rfs_drv.c

line: 274

If I cycle through this a bunch of times it will eventually come on and I can print, however, I am not getting any color in my prints. I've changed all of the cartridges. I have tried to clean printheads via the untility program. It hangs on level 2 and I end up having to pull the power cord and the whole process starts over. We use this printer very rarely, so it shouldn't be having issues.  Can anyone help?
