Error code 0026-0061 for T830 Designjet Printer

This error indicates a motor stall in the ISS (ink service station). Check to make sure there are no obstructions in the ink service station which is on the right side of the printer carriage. You should run the ISS diagnostics and if that fails you will need to replace the ISS. Part number F9A30-67052
