T920

Hello everyone! I´m trying to find out what happened to our T920 firmware. The printer was unplugged for 6 weeks due to holidays, and today it did n´t restart normally; after reinstalling the 2018 firmware, it get stuck in 16% initializing process, it warns that there is a 63:20 problem and after telling it to continue it do not get more that 16% advance. I´ve called the HP phone support and they told me to unplug the printer and restart it but we are in the 16% loop. Thanks in advance for your help. Best regards!

It would be something network related to electronics.

If you haven't tried disconnect printer from the network and try the unplugging again.

Hi Valsimot, thanks for answering. The plot twist is that our printer never has been connected to any network. We only use it to print files from USB drives.

Dear Sir 

remove any usb before starting the protter 

try to redownload the right firmware on a usb fat 32 formatted and install the usb before starting plotter ,if  it finds the firmware and it checks it before installing it . please do pay attention to not switch off the printer when the firmware is installing till the plotter restarts by it self  or you will destroy the booting process.

if it is the same or an error 08:11 comes out you need a hp support to replace your hard drive
