The alignment pattern does not print completely and I get a scanner error

I have an HP Designjet T1300 and a T2300 plotter, with both I have the same problem, the heads were changed but the problem is that when it starts to print the alignment pattern, it cannot print it and it shows a scanner error, it only prints a small line, I already tried changing heads, changing the type of paper, changing the sensor that reads this pattern (the one that goes in the car), I already tried to update the firmware and nothing, I already changed the card that goes in the car, we tried with another interconnect card and still the same, sometimes it prints a little more of the alignment pattern and other times just a horizontal stripe

After replacing all the parts i will consider also replacing the drop detector as well.
