Hi,
Last week I replaced my yellow, blue and pink color in the printer and it worked like a charm. The black ink was very low so had to order that aswell. Original 711 of course.
Came now in the mail and I replaced the old black empty cartridge, but when turning it on I faced this error: There is a problem with the printer or ink system.
The wierd thing is that this message doesn't pop up if I have 3 out of 4 cartridges installed. Doesn't matter which that are installed. Only works with 3. Even tried to put back the old black ink but still got the same error when all 4 cartridges are installed.
Tried to remove the printhead and clean it but no success.
What should I do?
