Product: HP DesignJet T520 36-in Printer

I had a bad OOP sensor, changed it, now I get a message that There is a problem with the printer or ink system. I did a hard reset and when it comes time to align the print head, the paper from the Multi-sheet module does not feed in time, then I get the same error again. When I ran the OOPS diagnostic, it passed. I loaded and unloaded the roll for this. Please help.
