Our office plotter with model HP DesignJet T7200 (Serial No.MY78399016, Product No F2L46A; Factory No. F2L46-64001; MFG Date: Aug 03.2017) completely staked and out office service for months. Every time I connected the plotter with electric system, the information I gained from the screen is  "INFO-STRKEY STRING-POWER-OFF   and INFO DESCRIPTION UnavailabeFusion:CPU0 assert in thread: tRpo0Cpu0PortOC internal 6". The detail is shown in the below snapshot picture taken from the plotter screen. Therefore, I kindly request your supports in resolving this problem.

Make it clear please. There was no changes in the power system.

I think he's saying you need to check the power supply module inside the printer.

There should be LED's next to the power plug on the back of the printer.  You should check to see if they all come on.

Here's a link to the Service Manual you can download to help you troubleshoot the LED messages for both the power supply and the formatter inside the printer.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
