Hello, we have HP DesignJet T920 on a print server, it use to work normally through that but not anymore. After some update users started having troubles with HPGL2 driver - missing paper formats in pdf, unable to change setting with print, but print worked, after firmware update(MRY_07_07_04.1) driver is changed to V4, unable to go back to HPGL2 and pdf shows paper format and everything else but when we tried to print, printer said "File contains format errors. The printer cannot process the job". Print works only through HP Click, not Adobe reader or excel. Do you have some kind of advice?

The firmware update would not change the drivers, it only updates the OS of the plotter. More likely windows has tried to enforce an update and replaced the HP drivers. I would suggest that you download the current HP Universal driver set which provides V4, PDF and HPGL2 drivers.
