Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have two of HP DesignJet T795 plotters has same settings, printing by same computer. But one is printing a little more matt than the other. I've got to get the same quality.
What are your suggestions?

try to clean all printheads , then do printhead alignment, also color calibration for that poor quality one.

The two t795 are also connected to the same computer. We are printing with the same settings via Photoshop.
