I have begged pleaded and cursed customer service to escalate my Tax exemption, but because this is done by a different group, they can't. I have contacted the tax exempt group at HHoTaxExempt several times and they don't reply, the one time they did reply was for the wrong format for the document which I corrected immediately. Since then, there has been no reply. The customer care agents all say that it takes time, but I am running out of time to return, and this will force me to return it soon if I get nothing from them. The customer care agents also blame me saying if you provided the correct information it would get done, like if it where wrong wouldn't the tax exempt team tell me like the first time. The custom care representatives also assume I sent the email to the wrong email, if that where true how did they reply?
