After attempted firmware update the Plotter boots but stops at :Step 3 of 5 : Verifying HP Designjet ePrint & Share connectivity. When it gets to number 15, Printer time/date settings it fails with the error “[36] An error occurred while verifying the printer’s time/date”. you can not move from this message..so I am stuck! any suggestions?
Thanks

It seems that the firmware got corrupted so you can try accessing the diagnostics menu and running the Hard Disk Recovery but if that fails the hard disk should be replaced.
1. Make sure the printer switched off with the front panel button and not with the power switch on the back of it.
2. Turn the printer on.
3. Wait for about 10 seconds until the 6 buttons on the Touch Control Panel have come on and then press and
release one after another Cancel> Home> Help buttons.
The 6 buttons on the Touch Control Panel will then blink 4 times; then wait until the product completes the
initialization sequence and shows the Diagnostics menu.
Note: Do not push the icons all at the same time, push each one in the order shown above and release each icon before pressing on the next icon.
Regards.
