Product: Designjet Z5200 PostScript

We have the Designjet Z5200 postscript printer and it took us 3 hours and a half to print 39 blue print sheets (black and white). It never used to take this long. What could possibly be wrong with the printer?

hi,

please check your printer port. It may be set on wsd port please make sure your printer must be set on static ip port.
