Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to buy HP 10 black C4844A cartridge for my plotter HP designjet 500 but I have also found HP 10 black C4844AE. So what is the different between the two cartridges and can C4844AE work in my HP designjet 500 plotter?

Sorry I meant the difference between HP 10 black C4844A and HP 10 Black C4844AE cartridges
