Product: DesignJet t120
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hiya, 

 

I have been trying to print on newsprint paper with my designjet t120. I have done it successfully before, but now my printer is jamming, and once the jam is fixed not being able to load the newsprint paper. What settings have people had success with? Is there a way to add a new paper type?

 

I print via hp click. It is printing fine with standard plain paper. I have tried aligning the printheads, and most other configuration settings on the device, 

 

Any advice would be great!
