HP DesignJet T830 24-in Multifunction Printer

Won't scan old blueprints.

Once the sheet goes through the scanner, the message comes up with Cancelling Scan!

Any ideas?

Does it scan other documents?

Yes, it does scan other documents. I have done some trial and error on this, and have found that it's the length of the paper that is the issue not the type of paper. It will scan 24" x 18" Arch C prints just fine, but when I try to put 24" x 36" Arch D paper, it cancels the scan every time.

Please help, this is a BIG problem as we do a lot of redlining to this size of paper.

Thanks,

JVC

What if you lower the resolution? The user guide provides very little information on scanning. I am tagging the moderators to see if they can have someone with better technical specs on the T830 reach out to you.
