I'm getting a thin film of ink all over the inside of the printer. Also, the aerosol/service staton fan is blowing an unusually large amount of ink that gets all inside the right cover to the point it starts dripping.

After I clean the inside of the printer, it becomes noticeable again after printing about 400 feet of paper- which is about a month.

Any ideas?  Thanks very much.

Do you possibly have a leaking printhead? What type of media are you printing on?

Leaking printhead? Hard to tell. If I don't find other solutions first I'll swap all the printheads with my other Z3200 and see if the problem follows the heads.

All I print on is HP Premium Matte Photo Paper. That printer uses about 400' of 24" paper monthly.
