Designjet Z5600 Post Script Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have replaced the ink cartridges with new ones and my printer doesn't read them correctly. I'm always getting an empty message or a non-read message. Now I am getting a Reseat message for all of them. I have reseated them numerous times and nothing seems to help. The cartridges are ordered through HP.com on-line.

May be defective cartridges...Try to clean gold plated connectors with ethyl alcohol and cotton swabs carefully. If same result - contact the on-line shop for replacements..
