Product: HP Design jet Z5600

Receiving persistent error code 21:13.  Display panel reads "call HP if problem persists" 21:13 .  Seeking how to correct error.

Hi!

 

This error is related to  the Service Station, If possible take a look inside to see if there is something blocking the movement of Service Station or You can go to to the Diagnostic menu and the service station test if it fails this component must be replaced.
