HP Recommended

My Z6100 will not give an ip address on the local network 90% of the time I try to use it. Everything has been checked multiple times to ensure it’s the printer, not the network, plug, cable,ect. I can’t get this Machine to work if I can’t load files! Has dual USB connection but “not enabled” and can’t figure out how to change it? Any help would be appreciated.
