Hello
I have figured out that the printing doesn't get accurate specialy when writing texts.
I made a diagnositc print and found this faulty image
I made printhead alignment
and I found that the upper printhead set doesn't fit with the lower one
I don't know what should i do to fix that

Hi,
The diagnostic page is to give you an idea of where to look at when you have quality problems with the prints.
If the prints are coming out fine I will recommend you to leave it like that.
Continue doing cleanings to a working printhead will worn out the nozzles and you will end up with a bad printhead

Hi,
When did you start to have problems? Have anything been changed?
I can see the PHs really missalinged.
Have you clean the encoder strip, Carriage flex contacts, electrical contact on PH, drop detector, center platen?
Have you try a new roll of paper?
Have you update the FW?
Have you try another paper type and another paper preset?

If you swap the position of the printheads and print the diagnostic page, does it look the same?
Have you check the belt?

You have 2 printheads of each
Change the positions and print the Image Quality report to look for any changes.
Have you try the other suggestions I made?

I will try with the swap thing and get back to you soon
I used wo types of papers when testing..glossy paper and plain one
the result is the same
I tried to make line calibration test
but it gives me at the end failed and I don't know the cause of it either.
I don't know how to test the belt or make sure it's okay
I also replaced the whole carriage when printhead replacement error message kept showing up and now I'm using new one with all its new components .. encoder sensor , color sensor , carriage pca , flex cables and so on
but as you know that didn't fix my late problem, but I kept it running in the plotter

Hello
I have cleaned the platen and also the printheads flexes and electrical contacts
and also the encoder strip and I got this result
so How far I am to a good result??
I try to clean the encoder strip and the white space in the yellow-magenta triangle decreases and sometimes increases
so what should I do right now??

the quality of the printed image is very good
I'm just not satisfied with the aligning test image
I want to make sure that everything is okay??
so should I do more cleaning or changing things or that's enough
