HP DesignJet Z9+ 44-in PostScript Printer

Hi, any one knows why our Z9 printer print this image with all the white lines(like it cracked), this is Mac prints PDF. Thanks!

I would first perform print quality tests to confirm that all printheads are sound and working properly. Then I would update the firmware. Then trying reprinting, if you still get the issue, try printing a different file. This type of corruption could simply be a bad driver or corrupt file.

Thank you for the suggestions. I did all that before posting the question here and did not work.   You are right on the corrupt file - I  found yesterday that if I print it use an USB stick instead of sending it to Z9 from my Mac the poster is normal!  So somehow my Mac version might have corrupted the file - from user's new Mac OS.  Thank you for volunteering you time to reply to me, appreciated!   -Hongyan
